Star Cinema, TEN17P, and Viva Films’ First Love stars Aga Muhlach and Bea Alonzo. It is directed by Paul Soriano.

First Love is the story of Nick Gutierrez (Aga Muhlach), a calculated venture capitalist who is utterly careful in all his decisions, and Ali Castillo (Bea Alonzo), a wear-her-heart-on-her sleeves, sociable, and joyful book sales agent cum photography enthusiast.

In what appears to be a serendipitous encounter upon saving the life of a stranger, Nick and Ali meet. It turns out that Ali has a heart condition and Nick has a secret of his own. It is up to them to follow either Nick’s calculated steps or Ali’s carpe diem attitude.

I can say that the highlights of the movie are the song Ikaw ang Aking Mahal, and Bea’s hairstyle (which looks like TR’s hairstyle). The lack of chemistry between Aga and Bea is just too palpable to ignore.
