Villa Amor Accommodation in Biri Island, Northern Samar is a beachfront resort whose boundaries touch the waters. It goes without saying that one does not need soundtrack to relax in Villa Amor. However, Juan and I arrived in Biri Island at 1130am, changed outfits, had a quick lunch and left to see the rock formations at 130pm. To know more about them, please read Biri Island Rock Formations (Northern Samar), Part I and Biri Island Rock Formations (Northern Samar), Part II.
In the short time we actually spent in Villa Amor, most of it sleeping or talking (we were both awake when the whole of Biri Island loses electricity at 2am. It lasts eight hours every day), we found out that the sleeping quarters were comfortable with enough space for our things. The staff was accommodating and served lunch quick enough. The food was decent.
During our brief stay in Villa Amor, I saw three other guests in the premises. The place was peaceful, with the sound of the waves gently crashing into the concrete barriers as the sole yet welcome diversion. The air was fresh, without any hint of pollutants. In Villa Amor, one can daydream that life is bucolic, uncomplicated, and pacific.
Villa Amor Accommodation offers its guests free use of stand up paddle boards (or sit down paddle boards) and mask and snorkel. Juan really wanted to try it but had no time to do so. It rained in the morning we left Biri Island.
