My last meal before boarding the plane bound to Manila was in Coco Mango Café Resto by LOHAS Airport Hotel and Restaurant in Laguindingan, Misamis Oriental. It stood like a sentinel in the middle of the national highway, surrounded by greenery.

Sinigang na Lapu-Lapu (my share). The big bowl with rice cost P260.00 (US $5.20). It was flavorful and the vegetables remained crisp.
Korean Beef Bulgogi, P280.00 ($5.60). I ate only half of it because I had a full breakfast. It was okay, not too good but not too bad.
Avocado Shake, P80.00 (US $1.60). I love avocado and this shake was full of it, no preservative, no superfluous amount of sugar, just plain old avocado.
