Valerie Vibar as Antigone as she wept and lobbied for a respectable burial for her brother Polynices.

FBP’s Valerie Vibar as Antigone got entangled with the hanging plastic flowers, but she continued with the show with aplomb.

FBP’s Philip Panganiban as Tiresias.

FBP’s Philip Panganiban as Tiresias, all in profile. I like his portrayal of Tiresias. His voice and gait were similar to that of an old man, but he was able to project the former as loud as he could for the benefit of the audience.

Tiresias glanced at the dead body of Antigone.

In a counterclockwise direction starting from top left photo: wash hands in running water, scoop running water, drink it and sneeze and shoot snot out in the same running water. Very Pinoy - very true, at least in my province.

The kasama praying. In the brief time I watched him on stage, he seemed self-confident and believable.
